The Assignment

We are now looking for a meticulous and technically interested machine operator for an established operation in Västerås. This position is suitable for you who thrive in a production environment, have experience with machine monitoring and blueprint reading, and want to contribute to stable and safe production.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and operation of assigned production machines.

• Loading materials and conducting ongoing control measurements to ensure product quality.

• Performing basic maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments of machines.

• Troubleshooting and reporting deviations, and collaborating with technicians for corrective actions when necessary.

• Following safety routines and contributing to an orderly and safe working climate.

Who You Are

We are looking for a person with an interest in technology and production. You have experience from mechanical production or workshop environments, or equivalent practical experience. You are meticulous, proactive, and thrive in a pace where delivery precision is important. Furthermore, you are flexible, work well in a team, and have a high level of safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with machine monitoring or operator work in production is advantageous.

• Understanding of blueprint reading and measurement is an advantage.

• Experience with forklift driving is advantageous but not a requirement.

• Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and develop within the role.

Working Hours:

2-shift system (day/evening)

Start Date:

Immediately or as agreed. Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
